Life can be difficult, but you are not alone. My passion is assisting individuals in taking the steps necessary to becoming the best version of themselves. I hold the belief that all people have the capacity to change, heal and repair, while working to understand regulate and process uncomfortable emotions, experiences and or difficult behaviors. I strive to understand your unique experience and walk with you through your journey.

I have had the privilege of working in the mental and behavioral health field for over 14 years in various capacities and with diverse backgrounds, needs and diagnoses, in community, residential and office settings. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate, holding an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in social work.

During our sessions, I encourage individuals to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes to free the mind to prepare and embrace the change that will follow. I look forward to navigating life with you!

2. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with trauma histories, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship stressors, abuse, self-esteem, boundaries and other issues. I strongly believe everyone has things to work through. My goal is to support clients in reaching the healthy therapeutic and life goals they identify for themselves, in order to lead a more whole, fulfilling life.

Treating trauma, depression, and anxiety are my specialties. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist which is my primary modality. I also utilized DBT and CBT to support clients as they work to repair past traumas and/or unhelpful patterns of thinking and communication, in an effort to live more fully.
