H.m. PostAs a health care manager, how could you use the skills of planning and organizing to continually improve quality?  As a health care manager, I can use skills of planning and organizing to continuously improve quality, I will use the PDSA cycle which stands for plan-do-study-act. These simple steps are highly effective when it comes to improvement. Planning to define and investigate the issue at hand. Then making the latest changes effective. Then I would be checking and evaluating the new placement and lastly an act which is making necessary adjustments.  How could you improve these skills to be a more effective manager?  I can improve these skills to be a more effective manager when a plan is set to take place. I will be analyzing the results to see where improvement must take place. Sticking with what works and eliminating what does not.  What is an example of planning or organizing that a health care manager does regularly to improve the quality of care? (E.g., Forecasting staffing to appropriately staff the clinic so that the day runs smoothly and efficiently for all patients and medical staff.)  Conducting daily weekly and monthly meetings and with the distinct roles of the organization to go over plans and strategy to improve the facility going over workflow patient satisfaction and budgets. And to engage with employees about policy and reassuring support and loyalty.
