Goes beyond their own thoughts/feelings and knowledge base by searching out and applying knowledge from texts, course theory, articles, organizational policy etc Compare and contrast theoretical knowledge to the event critical thinking is evident and clearly organized.
R- Revise approach and behaviour for the next event- how would I do this next time (as a nurse) I.e identify important elements from situation/literature to preserve, identify important elements from situation/literature to change,describe how the change will take place.
N- New perspective regarding myself and why nursing practice what do I think now? What did I learn about nursing and/or myself. How will this influence my future practices?
