Describe the components of effective instruction by designing an original online game geared for new teachers in your discipline. Use one of the gamification tools in M4S2 to teach and/or test colleagues knowledge of Madeline Hunters classic Essential Elements of Instruction (EEI) lesson planning framework. Play your game virtually with 3-5 adults of any age or profession, capturing multiple screenshots during game play to document the experience.

Report on your experience by responding to the following prompts in a word processing document.

Identify the tool you used to create your game and explain your rationale for choosing it.

Paste 6 screenshots to illustrate your virtual gamification experience.
One screenshot should show you sharing your screen.
One screenshot should include you and your participants.
Type a few sentences below each screenshot to describe what is happening.
