Abstract

Agile project management has become increasingly popular in recent years, and understanding the relationship between agile project management practices and project success is critical. This seminar paper aims to investigate the extent to which agile project management practices contribute to project success. Through a literature review, this paper addresses the key principles and practices of agile project management, the factors that contribute to project success, and the relationship between agile project management practices and project success. The paper concludes that adopting agile project management practices can contribute significantly to project success, but it is essential to use the right practices in the right context. I analyzed the results of the review using a qualitative approach (Bianchi et al., 2021). I looked for common themes and patterns in the literature related to agile project management practices and project success. I also examined the factors that contribute to project success to determine the extent to which agile project management practices contribute to project success.
