Modern Design 101 is intended for K-12 instructors this technology course is designed to be geared towards innovation to online class culture and staff development. Its primary focus is on the design, development, implementation of e-Learning that will help develop expertise in digital-age learning using technology and active learning techniques to transform the educational experience. Teacher applicants, advanced education teachers, and different instructors to investigate the utilization and combination of innovation into e-learning culture. Students will have topics that include learning platforms for educational environments and how to prepare for online learning. The course will help students learn how to use e-Learning as a teaching tool in an online environment.

Three (3) Goals of Course

The goal is to develop a course program that will assist individuals that have come from different backgrounds to complete their degree and achieve growth in the program at a pace that they can retain information. The course design will be set up for 15 employees per training cycle. The cycle will consist of 9 learning objectives that will contain two modules for each target. Different learning objectives will be given each day to complete all modules.

The second week will be practice week for all hands-on help from rotating leadership to assist with employee training needs. The last week will consist of 3 tests that will contain all learning objectives. The program will be made user-friendly so that those who don’t understand can catch on at their own pace but within a week. Using a time frame will help with keeping the information fresh on their minds and connecting each learning objective organized into modules that encompass related topics.

Goals are the best way to know what you need to accomplish and what you hope to gain. If you set goals that are distinct, achievable, and rewarding, it will help to move you forward in your course. The program goal will be set up instructors create learning cycles for online students. Another goal would be to block specific times during the week to allow study times.

Target Learners /Challenges Online Learners Face.

The target learners would be adults who intend to improve their skills to advance their careers. These people would be part-time or full-time employees. The structure of this is for adolescent students who enroll in e-learning to further their education. Every student that attends this course has a helping hand in the way the students get the flow of online learning daily.

Each student account is handled by two instructors daily with a student aid attached to fill in the gaps for assisting students with missing assignments. Some students have trouble keeping up with homework and remembering to turn them in on time without falling behind. Colleges must recognize these differences and capitalize on them because adults bring extra strength to the classroom. As an online adult learner, you will face the challenge of staying focused and motivated to complete this course.

Each case has different flows that are designed to have the same ending result with proper training and guidance. In general, a few adults will have distinctive educational objectives and learning styles compared to conventional under-studies. Most of these under-studies have a cognitive load on learning. They are confronted with inward feelings of fear that they do not have the option of finishing tasks on schedule. Students face the fear of having lower grades because they have desires, as their expert advancement may depend on their ability to complete the course effectively.

The third issue that the students would endure is a monetary issue. Many of the understudies would have been required to pay for the fees without anyone else. A small portion of understudies is required to receive grants or budgetary assistance from their managers. Even though the length of time they take to examine decreases the amount of time they should work and earn a salary.

Schools must identify and profit from these distinctions, as adults bring new solidarity to the learning environment. Online learners will all ways be tested with challenges to keep them focused and on the right path. Students having constant motivation will keep them active and feeling as though they are doing an excellent job of completing the course. Learning is continually evolving, and online education is expanding.

Institutions engage in outreach activities that can encourage participation in accelerated degree programs, and distance learning will open many doors for current and future students. Older students returning to college as an adult is challenging enough and are not connected with current technology to be prepared for college-level work. Institutions providing refresher courses for returning students would be a great way to give students a head start on their academic journey.

Primary Learning Theory

Constructivism is the essential learning hypothesis that I would apply to guarantee under-studies to achieve the results of the course. Constructivism centers around how information is being built. Constructivism would focus on the most appropriate method of applying their encounters. Because students would be low-maintenance or full-time members, they are almost certain that they have been supplied with the knowledge that they protect from their work environment meetings. The result of the study will be the revelation and development of importance, critical thinking, and development of significance. The creation of significance requires an understanding of the master plan. Education should rely on basic thoughts, not individual facts.

Three (3) Ways to Motivate Students

There are a few different ways to motivate under-studies in an online environment continuously. One way is to encourage students to try various learning styles. This methodology can reveal surprising individual qualities. Instructors creating a versatile platform will help students think outside the box and enhance their development.

The establishment of social assistance is also an excellent way to motivate online students. Students were supplied with a simulated environment in which they can support one another can help with diversity and different perspectives. The professor encouraging students to develop both long- and short-term goals in their course will help them monitor their growth and check off their targets. The use of advantageous courses of action is an excellent method, as this principle broadens the reach of the guidelines and learning goals provided for online learning.
