Stakeholders are different for every school. They can contribute in various ways and it is important to build a relationship with them.

Prior to starting your discussion read

Identify who your stakeholders would be if you were the leader of a non-profit center.
Identify who your stakeholders would be if you were the leader of a for-profit setting.
Address the following questions:

What do stakeholders add to the process of the center?
How do you get them to buy in financially?
How are they involved in the budget development process?
As the leader, what is your involvement with the stakeholder?
How would you go about building a relationship with your stakeholder group?
