E. Administrative and Policy Assessment
This section will look in at the agencys capacity for successful program implementation, as well as look out at
community resources that are available to address the problem (or highlight gaps that need filled if resources are
limited). This section will include:
1. Organizational Capacity: describe current organizational resources, skills, expertise, and/or community trust
that advocate for this organization as the ideal recipient of a grant for the proposed program; and
2. Community Analysis: assess current community programs, partnerships, services, resources to address the
need and existing gaps that need to be bridged.
