User Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected Facebook to Student Solutions USA and want your Facebook-related data deleted, email support@studentsolutionsusa.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request. Include your name, Facebook Page name if applicable, and the email address used for admin access.

We will remove stored Facebook Page tokens, scheduled Facebook post records where legally and operationally possible, and related connection logs from our platform. Student order records in the separate order system are handled under the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
